Qualifications
• Board Certified
• Fellowship Requirements: Diagnostic Rad
• State License- Florida
• Active DEA at time of Presentation
• Minimum number of shifts per month- 7
• Clinicians are expected to cross-credential a surrounding sites
• New Candidates will be required to do a call interview with FMD for approval
Working Hours
• 8a-5p
• Sat/Sun 7a-5p

• 120 day average credentialing time
• 8-10 RVUs per hour. 90-100 Stu
• Mammo Volume- 20 per day
• XR- 46%, CT- 34%, Mammo 2%, MR 4%, US 11%, Other 2%
• EMR: PACS/Meditech
