Description:
• Monday-Friday 2 weeks per month
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Duties: Reading studies of all modalities in addition to diagnostic mammograms with breast biopsies
• Required Procedures: Read Mammo, PET and perform biopsies
• Coverage dates needed:

• 8/4-8/8
• 8/11-8/15
• 9/1-95
• 9/8-9/12
• 9/29-103
• 10/6-10/10
• 10/27-10/31
• 11/3-11/7
• 11/24-11/28
• 12/1-12/5
• 12/15—12/19
• 12/22-12/27
• EMR: Cerner

Required:
• CA License
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• ACLS, BLS, DEA, MQSA certification
