4, Day (10 Hours) 7:30 - 17:00

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Instead of only looking at full time candidates, we can look at providers who can offer 3 weeks a month.

We will need to decline candidates with less than 3 weeks of availability. We can do full time (4 days per week) or 3 days per week. Prefer 4 days. This is what we are thinking: 07:30-12:00 Paid Clinic- 4 patients / hour 12:00- 12:30 Lunch unpaid 12:30-01:00 Paid Admin Time 01:00-04:00 Paid Clinic- 4 patients /hour 04:00-05:00 Paid Admin 1.5 Admin per day X 4 = 6 hours admin per week 30 patient care 36 hours total for 4 days a week.

· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 24-30
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: outpatient, Biopsy, Excision, Electrodesiccation, Cryosurgery, Must be comfortable with high volume

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active OR License
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: Physicians will not need hospital privileges but will need to payor credentialed
