Assignment Details

- Location: South Bend, Indiana
- Setting: Outpatient private dermatology practice
- Start Date: January 4, 2027
- End Date: March 4, 2027
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Shift Length: 8 hours per day
- Call: None
- Patient Volume: Approximately 30–35 patients per day
- EMR: ModMed/EMA

Scope of Practice
Provide general medical dermatology services, including:

- Full-body skin checks
- Acne and rash evaluations
- Lesion evaluations
- Skin biopsies
- Cryotherapy
- Routine office procedures

Mohs surgery, excisions, and cosmetic procedures are not required. The practice does offer some cosmetic services, but the primary focus is medical dermatology.

**Practice Support**\
An established clinical team and standard clinical support staff will be provided.

**Licensing Requirements**

- An active Indiana medical license is preferred.
- Physicians requiring Indiana licensure may be considered only if they have an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) pathway and can guarantee a January 4, 2027 start date.
