ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2566744
• Specialty: APP Critical Care
• Location: Columbus, OH
• Start Date: December
• Contract Length: 6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: rotating shifts day/nights. Have opportunity for straight nights as well
• Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts (6a-6pm), (6pm-6am)
• Support staff: Clinical lead
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 3- 12 hour shifts/week
• Patients per day: 8-10
• Patient population/age: Medically complex patient age range 20-100
• Department description: Medical ICU in an intercity level 1 trauma center caring for medically complex, critically ill patients.
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: Unit 38 beds shared ICU with SICU but only caring for MICU patients.
• Special procedures: endotracheal intubation, central line placement, arterial line, chest thoracostomy tube
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Academic/Training: Training Center interaction with Fellows, residents, interns, and APP students and fellows
• Required: Board Certified, active OH License, ACLS, BLS, DEA, 2 years’ experience in Critical Care
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
