ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2603005
• Location: Boston, MA
• Setting: Medical/Surgical ICU
• Target Start: October
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Coverage Type: 12-hour shifts; days and nights. Or nights only.
• Facility Type: Teaching Hospital
• Support staff: 4 APPs on staff who are supervised. MD supervises during day shift; fellow/attending supervises during night shifts.
• EMR: Epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 7
• Beds: 7 will be expanding to 10 by January
• Patient Age Group: Adult
• Procedures: Responding Clinician. Bread and butter ICU and Med Surg. There is 1 to 2 burn patients. No intubations, no lines, no vents, no transplants, no ECHO, no heads, no EVD, no complex neuro stroke. No procedures.
• Requirements: Board Certified or Board eligible, Active MA license, ACLS, BLS, DEA, 2 years’ experience in Critical Care
