Local Critical Care NPs Needed in Boston, MA

Job description

Schedule/Shifts: 12 hour shifts; Locum needs to be open to days and nights. Or nights only. No days only providers.

Support staff: 4 APPs on staff who are supervised. MD supervises during day shift; fellow/attending supervises during night shifts. Some independence is good.

Facility Type: Teaching Hospital

Practice Setting: ICU

EMR/Charting Software: Epic

Patient Age Group: Adult

Procedures: bread and butter ICU and Med Surg. There are 1 to 2 burn patients. No intubations, no lines, no vents, no transplants, no ECHO, no heads, no EVD, no complex neuro stroke. The APPs are “responding clinicians” only. No procedures.

State License(s): MA

Years of Experience Req’d: 2 years in critical care

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
