About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Professional Counselor will conduct diagnostic assessments and review recovery plans during full-time day shifts totaling 40 hours per week. The clinician will complete intake assessments and provide crisis intervention counseling at the center or designated sites while managing a caseload of 10-15 patients per day. Primary responsibilities include delivering diagnostic and authorization services to incarcerated individuals and maintaining comprehensive documentation with all required information submitted at the end of each service date. The position requires demonstrating competency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through tape review according to established standards.
