Job description

ADULT OUTPATIENT THERAPIST

Join a behavioral health team providing outpatient mental health services to adults and families. This role focuses on conducting assessments, developing person-centered treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, and collaborating with healthcare providers and community resources to support positive client outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct intake assessments and provide individual and group therapy
Develop and document person-centered treatment plans
Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community partners
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet licensing and program requirements
Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations
Coordinate discharge planning and complete required training

REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
Active state licensure (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, or LLP)
Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with mental illness (internship/fieldwork may qualify)
Ability to work independently with strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care
Must obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

SCHEDULE

Full-time with flexible scheduling, including occasional evenings and weekends based on program needs.
