Emberly is a teletherapy practice built on the belief that mental health support should be accessible, personal, and meaningful.

We are looking for a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania who is passionate about client care and would benefit from leaving the administrative side to someone else.

You see your clients. You set your schedule. You practice the way you were trained to.

We take care of billing, credentialing, marketing, and the administrative side so you do not have to.

Who we are looking for:
A fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in Pennsylvania, in good standing, with a genuine commitment to the people they work with. Background in trauma, anxiety, depression, postpartum, OCD, or relationships is great; other specialties are welcome too. Must be comfortable with telehealth.

Compensation:
70% of all collected revenue, paid bi-weekly. The 30% practice share covers marketing, referrals, admin, and EHR access. A flat monthly fee of approximately $200 (based on caseload) covers billing, credentialing, claims, and eligibility verification.

Fully remote. Approximately 15 to 27 hours per week on your own schedule.
