About the clinician's workday

The clinician will maintain a caseload of 6-7 patients per day while ensuring quality therapeutic outcomes for clients requiring psychiatric rehabilitation and community-based support services. Primary responsibilities include conducting individual therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards. The position requires collaboration with LCSWs, psychologists, and other behavioral health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care delivery within the outpatient behavioral health environment.
