About the clinician's workday

-The therapist will provide individual and group therapy services to a child patient population during full-time day shifts totaling 40 hours per week within an inpatient crisis stabilization setting. -The clinician will complete psychosocial assessments and treatment planning, participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, and collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, case management, and behavioral health staff. - Responsibilities also include facilitating family involvement and family sessions as appropriate, assisting with discharge planning and coordination of aftercare services, and maintaining timely clinical documentation. -Cases treated include mood disorders, anxiety, and behavioral disturbances, with an average length of stay of 7-14 days.
