Connecticut Valley Hospital (CVH), under the umbrella of the State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), is seeking a motivated and mission-driven individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Program Manager (PCN 80305). POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Work Shift: First shift, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Location: 39 Tynan Circle, Middletown, CT

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Provide day‑to‑day support for staff and behavioral health program operations.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance coordination of care.
Assist program leadership in maintaining efficient workflows and operational effectiveness.
Contribute to efforts that improve patient care, treatment outcomes, and overall service quality.
Help ensure that individuals receiving care experience safe, supportive, and high‑quality services.
Foster a positive, team‑oriented environment aligned with behavioral healthcare best practices.
