Cardiology Opportunity in West Virginia
Start date: November 2, 2026, or ASAP
6-month assignment with the option to extend
Coverage needed 2–3 weeks per month
24-hour call with clinic hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Minimal nighttime call volume
Patient volume: approximately 22–24 patients per day
Adult patient population
Support from RNs and technicians
Responsibilities include new and established patient evaluations, cardiac risk assessments, EKGs and EKG interpretation, Holter monitor placements, pacemaker checks, treadmill and nuclear stress testing, TEEs, and cardioversions
Teams interview required
Requirements:
Board certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Active WV license or IMLC LOQ accepted
Clean background required for emergency privileges
DEA and WV CSR required
Experience with EKGs, TEEs, and nuclear stress testing required
