Job description

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call | Mon-Wed 8-5
Dates of Need: we need 1-2 weeks of coverage (with coverage of 1-2 weekends). Dates can be flexible but will need to work with the clinic to ensure they fit for all. • Shift Times: 8am-5pm onsite (will be on call which is included in hourly time). 5pm-8am will be on beeper call. This will be billed at the regular hourly rate and the night call rate on the weekdays. On weekends provider will be on beeper call (billed at the 24hr call rate).
