Physician Assistant (PA) - Surgery - Cardiothoracic

Job Details:
• Locum-to-perm position specializing in Cardiothoracic Surgery starting ASAP
• Coverage dates include: Aug 26-Sept 1, Sept 14-21, and Nov 16-30
• Minimum commitment of 2 week on/off rotation schedule
• 100% adult patient population with 75% inpatient and 25% outpatient duties
• Weekend rounds required with 5-10 patients typically seen
• EPIC EMR system with comprehensive training provided
• Hospital privileges required with estimated credentialing timeframe of 90-120 days
• Night and weekend call responsibilities
• Active Virginia medical license and DEA registration required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible status required
• Relevant cardiothoracic surgery training and experience required
• Maximum conversion fee of $22k for permanent placement

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
