Contract Length: January start, ongoing need
Shift Details: 7 days inpatient, one week a month. Shifts are Tuesday 7a – Tuesday 7a. Scheduled week is variable. Night call will be phone consults only, provider will not be called back in

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 11-15
· Department description: Nurse Practitioner Cardiology Advanced Heart Failure
· EMR: Epic
