Contract Length: 13 weeks, full-time

Shift Details:
40 hours per week
Monday-Friday, 8-hour days

Work Details:
Support Staff: 2 Physicians in group
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full-time to support the clinic
Patients per Day: As needed
Patient Population/Age: 60+
Department Description: Cardiovascular Institute in Verde Valley needs General Cardiology APP coverage
EMR: Cerner
Interview Process: Zoom
Skills Preferred: Interpersonal and relational with staff and patients

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License Required: AZ License - IMLC only
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
