Critical Care APP Opportunity in Cardiac Unit - Baltimore, MD

Job description

- Specialty: Cardiac Critical Care (CICU) – NP or PA
- Start Date: ASAP, ideally early May
- What You’ll Be Doing: Working with post-op cardiac surgery and heart attack patients (ages 18+)
- Night shifts typically include low emergency volume, focused on cardiac surgery patients
- Skills: Must be confident managing ventilators and fresh post-op cardiac surgery patients
- Credentialing: Standard: 90–120 days
- Emergency privileges possible in 3–4 weeks

• Rotating, 7p-7a /7a-7p could be nights or days in a particular week. 3 shifts per week.
• Skills: arterial catheter insertion and central line insertion.
• Must be familiar w/ post-op cardiac surgery patient and ventilator management
