EP Physician needed in Kentucky

Job description

Shift Details:

5x8 shifts

Flexible schedule options: 7on/7off, 2 weeks on/off, 2-5 days/week, or 1 week/month

Clinic coverage only (no inpatient or call requirements)

Work Details:

Support staff: 3 staff physicians, support APPs

Coverage needed: Flexible, 2-4 additional physicians required

Typical patient volume: 16-20 patients for half-day clinical shifts (depending on if the physician is working alone or with an APP), lower outreach volumes

Patient Types: 15/30-minute follow-up visits, 20/40-minute new patient visits, depending on clinician’s experience and familiarity with Epic

Department: Clinic work only or a combination of clinic work and 1-day procedure block shifts with lab time available

EMR: EPIC

Special procedures: Providers should be proficient in EP procedures such as ablations and pacemaker placements

Practice Setting:

Academic/Training environment

Hospital-based setting

Requirements:

Board Certification: BE or BC in Electrophysiology, fellowship in EP

License: KY (considering licensing candidates)

DEA: Required for KY

Minimum experience: At least 1 year of experience in Electrophysiology (EP)

• Willing to license
