Contract Length: Start 4/7, ongoing
Shift Details: one full time provider to start as soon as credentialed. Provider would be working mostly in the outpatient clinic doing office follow-ups, some rounding with physicians for post OP patients would be required.

· Patients per shift: 8-12
· Department description: Trauma Level 2 Facility
· EMR: Epic
· Bed in department: 5
· Special procedures: No procedures for this assignment
· Skills required: Electrophysiology Cardiology
