Specialty: Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Length of Contract: 13 Weeks

Department Description: EP/Cardiology

Department Description: Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length. Cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances

Skills Required: Attention to detail, EMR proficiency, Competence in placing orders

Practice Setting: Hospital and Clinic

Board Certification: NCCPA or APRN

License required: AZ State Licensure

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
