Inpatient Setting
Required Procedures: coronary artery bypass graft, mitral valve, aortic valve, Transcatheter aortic valve replacement, Percutaneous Left Atrial Appendage Closure, and atrial fibrillation ablation.
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 60 days
