Schedule/Shift times: 10, 12 hr. shifts available

Call required?: optional call and weekends shifts available

Patient ages: all ages

Types of cases/Specialty mix: orthopedic, ENT, thoracic, vascular, trauma, neuro, OB, general, heads, hearts

Supervision or Medical Direction (CRNAs): 1:3 supervision

Credentialing timeframe: 30-45 days

Travel and lodging provided: yes

Additional information:

· Interested in Providers who only want weekends and call for both general and cardiac

· Looking for Cardiac weekend beeper call, with low call back rate
