Job description

BONUS - $18,000 after working 13 weeks and 520 hours.
• Monday - Friday 7a-3:30p
• No Call
• Cases: Ortho, Endo, GI, ENT, Urology, Bread & Butter, Ophthalmology, peds, OB (4,000 deliveries/yr), Neurosurgery
• Physicians and CRNAs work in a medically directed model 4:1.
• Level 11 Trauma.
• Virginia License
• Charting: EPIC.
• Credentialing: 30 - 60 days (possibly faster)
