📍 Location: Lake Jackson, TX
📊 Case Volume: ~2,977 cases annually
🛠 Case Types: General Surgery, Ortho, Endo/GI, Urology, ENT, Podiatry, occasional healthy peds, Spine — no heads
💉 Regional anesthesia proficiency required (must be comfortable performing blocks)

👩‍⚕️ Team Model:

1 MD and 3 CRNAs daily

Light supervision — CRNAs practice at full scope of licensure

📅 Call: OR call every 4th night & weekend (flexible during start-up phase)

✅ Requirements:

Board Certification

Strong regional anesthesia skills (blocks)

Team-oriented approach
