New grad: $400,000/year
Experienced: ~$500,000/year (negotiable)
2 years to PARTNERSHIP for full-time W-2 only – Shares awarded for tenure and leadership roles
Position Details
4 ASCs, 1 Endoscopy Center
Providers will be credentialed at more than one facility to provide flexibility (e.g., early out requests)
No OB, no hearts, no trauma, no neonates, only healthy kids (rarely)
No in-house call. Noble call is the late day on the schedule. Most calls finish up at 7 pm.
Regional anesthesia training preferred
Noble pays for providers to attend the Maverick Regional Anesthesia Course in Fort Worth
40 – 50 hours/week, seasonal variation, sometimes less than 40 hours/week
Qualifications
ABA board certified or eligible
Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced, ambulatory environment
Willingness to do elective cases on Saturdays in Nov/Dec to accommodate end-of-year patient requests
Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to our client’s office
