🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):
Board Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.

Licensure:
• Active Pennsylvania License required OR
• Active IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) in hand required

Certifications Required:
• ACLS
• PALS

Experience Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.

Documentation Required:
• Updated CV with detailed work history
• Active PA License or IMLC LOQ at submission

Candidate Requirements:
• Must be comfortable working nights
• Must be available for solo night coverage
• Must perform regional anesthesia/nerve blocks
• Must have OB anesthesia experience

📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Anesthesia Coverage: Deliver high-quality anesthesia care across multiple surgical and procedural environments.

Regional Anesthesia: Perform nerve blocks and regional anesthesia techniques for orthopedic procedures.

OB Anesthesia: Provide obstetrical anesthesia support as required.

Clinical Skills Required:
• MAC anesthesia
• Regional anesthesia
• Spinal anesthesia
• Ultrasound-guided techniques

Patient Population: Treat patients across all age groups.

🏥 PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT:
Practice Setting: Hospital-Based Anesthesia Program

Coverage Model: 1:3 CRNA/Room Ratio

Hospital Size: 135 Beds

EMR System: EPIC

Shift Structure:
• 4 sixteen-hour night shifts weekly
• Typical shift: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Monday through Thursday coverage

💰 ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Coverage Needed: 1–4 weeks per month.

Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days.

Temporary Privileges: Available for candidates with a clean file.

Orientation: 2-hour gratis orientation included.

⏳ START DATE:
Coverage begins August 3rd.

• Night Shift Coverage: Providers must be comfortable working consistent night shifts in a hospital-based setting.
• Drive-In Requirement: Candidates must be local/drive-in providers available for sporadic solo night coverage.
• Broad Case Mix: Provide anesthesia coverage across multiple specialties including: • Vascular • OB/GYN • General Surgery • GI • Pediatrics • Plastics • Orthopedics • Robotics • Urology
