ASSIGNEMENT DETAILS: JO # 2730331
• Location: Coudersport, PA
• Target Start: March 2025
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Schedule Details: 1-2 weeks per month, Open to candidates 7on/off
• Shifts: day shift & take night call that night
o Mon-Fri (7am - 4pm) Hourly, (4pm - 7am) Night Call
o Sat / Sun (7a-7a) 24 Hour Call shifts
• Support staff: APP Mid-level coverage available. Their shift times are 6a-6p, Specialty back up on site
• Supervisions of CRNA: Yes, 3-4, depending on case volume
• Practice Setting: (4) operating room suites, an endoscopy lab, and a minor procedure room
• Types of Cases: 5,500 surgical procedures performed annually are derived from orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, pain management, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, and gastroenterology
• EMR: Meditech
• Avg. Daily Census: Average callback: 0-2, very limited as this is a critical access hospital. Mainly would be OB
• Patient Age Group: 10% peds 90% adult
• Special Procedures: Epidurals - Site only has 200-250 births a year. 0-5 epidurals a week. Will not attend all deliveries. Only required to come into place epidurals if requested, not monitor. Are required to come in for c-sections.
• Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active PA license or IMLC, ACLS, ACLS, DEA, 1 year experience
