Locum Anesthesiology Opportunity in New York

Job description

• Location: Auburn, NY
• Start: ASAP
• Schedule & Coverage:
- Full-time coverage
- 5x8s - Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 40 hours GTD
- Night Call: 5:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Weekend Call: 24-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 AM (with a 2-hour minimum guarantee)
- Must be willing to cover a minimum of 2 calls per week, but they are open to taking on additional call coverage as needed.
- Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes when on call
- Always check in and out with the Unit Coordinator when entering or leaving the facility

• Clinical Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Anesthesiology experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Proficient in Regional Anesthesia
- Must be able to independently perform blocks
- Comfortable supervising up to 4:1
- OB experience required
- Cannot accept Residents or Fellows
- Must be NY Licensed

• Credentialing typically takes 3-4 weeks to complete
