7 on / 7 off (Monday–Friday with Saturday & Sunday call coverage)
Some weeknight call preferred
Weekend call runs Friday night through Monday morning

Practice Setting: Small community hospital

Work Details:

50% solo cases / 50% CRNA supervision

5 operating rooms

Case mix: General surgery, ortho, uro, endo, podiatry, OB (no hearts or heads)

Average daily cases: 12–14 on light days, 25–28 on full days

Requirements:

Board Certified in Anesthesiology

ACLS & BLS required

Emergency privileges available

Regular credentialing: 45–60 days
