7 on, 7 off (Mon-Fri with Sat & Sun call coverage)- some weeknight call is preferred
Weekend call is Fri night to Monday morning.
Small community hospital
Uro, ortho, endo, podiatry, gen surg, ob. No hearts, heads
Slow day is 12-14 cases, full day is 25-28
50% solo cases, 50% CRNA supervision
5 operating rooms
ASAP ongoing
ACLS, BLS
Not willing to license
Emergency privs available- 45-60 days regular credentialing
