Locum Anesthesiologist need Bronx, NY

Job description

Schedule: Need to be flexible. Average day on shorter days is 8-10 hours while longer days can run from 12-15 hours.
Call: 1x 24hr in house call every 6 nights for trauma, general and back up on OB (CRNAs do epidurals, MDs do c sections). 1 back up pager call per week (infrequent call back).
Case mix includes general, level 1 trauma, ENT, breast, ortho, ophthalmology, plastics, podiatry, urology, vascular, neuro, OB/GYN, bariatrics, thoracic, gastro, colorectal, endo, dental.
Care Team Model.
Level 1 trauma.
8 ORs, 2 Endo, 4 LDR, 2 LD OR, 1 NORA per day.
5,100 cases per year.
Clean Background preferred.
Credentialing 30 - 60 day
