Job description

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:15 am for 8 hours
• Job Setting: Plastic Surgery Center
• Types of Cases: only Ear Nose Throat, facial plastics, cosmetic, sinus
• Credentialing Timeframe: 0 - 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): none
• Board Certification and New Jersey State License required
supervision ratio – solo and autonomous with the Surgeon
# of ORs currently being run: 1

• Mon – Fri 7:15 am for 8 hours max (will guarantee 8 hr day)
• No call
• only ENT, facial plastics, cosmetic, sinus
