Types of Cases-cardiac, gen, ortho, OB, urology, GI, podiatry, healthy peds, ENT, neuro, vascular thoracic

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient - Yes

Number of providers during the day (support staff) 3 MDs 10 CRNAs

OR Schedules: 7a-3p - 11 sites incl. OB; 3p-5p- 5 sites incl. OB; 5p-7p - 3 sites incl. OB

ERM- Epic

Dec 30-31; Jan 2-3; Jan 6-10; Jan 27-31 ; Feb8-14; Feb 17-28; Mar 3-7 ( Ongoing)

Hours 7a-7p (call from 7p-7a)

Schedule rotation- 3 on 2 off (weeks)

-OR Call schedule rotated equally between providers while working (20 minute call response time)

• 13 week with possibility of extending
