A premier, cutting edge Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), is scheduling interviews for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join its growing anesthesia team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a high-quality lifestyle practice with predictable scheduling, strong compensation, and a collaborative clinical environment.

The ASC provides anesthesia services exclusively for low to moderate-risk outpatient procedures, allowing providers to focus on patient care without the burden of call responsibilities, inpatient rounds, or hospital coverage. The center features modern facilities, advanced equipment, and a team-oriented culture dedicated to delivering exceptional surgical outcomes.

The physician will work within a collaborative anesthesia care team consisting of:

1-2 Anesthesiologists
4 CRNAs
The facility utilizes an anesthesia care team approach focused on efficient patient flow, safety, and quality outcomes.

Deliver high-quality anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures.
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and formulate anesthesia plans.
Monitor patients during procedures and manage post-anesthesia recovery.
Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, nursing staff, and perioperative teams.
Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and patient safety standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental development activities.
Provide guidance and mentorship within the anesthesia care team as needed.

100% Ambulatory Surgery Center-based practice
No call, No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays
Four 10-hour weekday shifts (6:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
Approximately 8 weeks of annual PTO

The ASC performs approximately 60 total cases per day across the anesthesia team.
Supported include: Gastroenterology (GI), Orthopedics, Spine Procedures, Podiatry, General Surgery
Plastic Surgery, Gynecology, Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT), Oncology.

Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
Active Missouri medical license, or ability to obtain.
DEA certification or eligibility.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care.
