Physical Medicine and Rehab/Pain Management Physician Annapolis, MD
We are looking for a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician and/or Pain Management Physician to join our group full time in the Annapolis, MD area.
The physician would be responsible for providing services in extended care spaces (SNF, ALF, ILF) to short term rehab patients and referred long term care residents that are reporting moderate to severe pain, and/or are suffering functional/physical decline, and/or are on an opioid regimen. They will collaborate with primary team to provide leadership and guidance related to the rehab process and will manage relevant meds along with providing necessary onsite procedures (joint injections, trigger point injections, Botox, manual manipulation, etc.).
Requirements:
• Board certified in PM&R and/or Pain Management
• Licensed to practice in MD
Schedule:
• Mon-Friday
Salary:
• Partnership ship-based model with generous salary and production-based options with possibilities of bonus compensation
