Job description

Location: Lafayette, LA
Preferred Start Date: Feb
Schedule: M-F 8hr scheduled shifts; 1:5 weekend call (Sat 6a-Mon 6a); night call
Diverse Case Mix: General, Neuro, CV (CABG, Valves, TEE preferred), Thoracic, Ortho, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, IR, and more
Procedures: Regional blocks, Arterial/Central lines, Swan Ganz, Spinals, and more (training provided if needed)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
