ASSIGNEMENT DETAILS:
• Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
• Target Start: January or February 2025
• Coverage Type: Options for General, OB or Cardiac
• Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s, evening and weekend call rotations
• Call Details: 1 x Cardiac (7am-3pm), general (7am-3pm)
• Department Description: 13 ORs, 5 Endo suites, 2 surgery centers (10 miles away from main hospital) about 700 trauma cases per year, all major trauma is transferred. Majority trauma is blunt force and agricultural accidents. All physician practice.
• Patient volume: 1,200 cases a month
• Expedited credentialing available
• Required: Board Certified, Active IA license or IMLC, DEA, 2 years experience
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
