Location: Angola, IN
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (weeknights)
Weekend call required
Call response time: 30 minutes

On-Call Requirements: Yes – Weeknight and weekend call
Board Certification Required: Yes – Anesthesiology
Setting: Critical Access Hospital
Patient Population: Adults and OB
EMR: Epic (preferred)
Support Staff: 1 MD and 2 CRNAs (CRNAs work independently; MD handles podiatry cases)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (temps available for clean background and active license)

Procedures Include:
General surgery
Orthopedics
OB (including VBACs, C-sections in main OR)
GYN
Ophthalmology
Podiatry
Epidural, regional, and spinal blocks (must be proficient)
