Case Mix:
General, Ortho (mostly spine), Urology, Ophthalmology, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, and OB.
Light dental and pediatric dental.

Requirements:

Board Certified Anesthesiologist

Active state license or IMLC accepted

Case logs showing spinals, epidurals, and blocks

Clean file = temps possible (30–60 days credentialing)

Team Structure:
1–2 MDs and 6 CRNAs daily in a non-supervisory, independent environment
