Anesthesiologists needed in IN

Job description

*Only accepting LOCAL Providers at this time*
Schedule: 7a-3p
(Call hours 7a-7a daily) *20 minute response time
*5 weeks on 2 weeks off (rotated between between provider while working)

Supervising as needed
*Type of cases required: Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, General, Orthro
*Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient
*Case logs required- Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
*Support staff during day 1 MD/2 CRNA
*OR 2 rooms, Endo 1 room, CV 0, Catho Lab 0, IR Room 0

Vaccination required- exemptions accepted
