Location: Lafayette, IN
Start Date: Dec (preferred)
Schedule: M-F | 8 or 10hr shifts |Optional Call
Hospital Type: Level III Trauma Center
Department Description: Peripheral nerve blocks a must. Wide spectrum of case types. MD covers rooms solo and/or medical direction of CRNA's at a ratio typically not to exceed 1:3.
