• Skills Required: Cardiac, Complex Vascular, Regional, Thoracic, Gen, Open Heart
Practice Setting: Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• License required: Licensed in IN or IMLC
• Certifications required: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, ATLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
