Contract Length: 3 months ongoing

Shift Details:

8-10 hour shifts: 7 AM - 3 PM & 7 AM - 5 PM
Call: Typically 1:4, taken one week at a time with post-call week off
Schedule:

Work Details:

Department Description: Level 3 Trauma. MD covers rooms solo and/or provides medical direction of CRNAs at a ratio typically not exceeding 1:3
EMR: TBD
Special Procedures: Peripheral nerve blocks are a must. Wide spectrum of case types
Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:

Board Certification: BC/BE MD/DO
License Required: Indiana license is a plus or IMLC.
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
