Shift Details: M-F 8s, 10s, 12s with night and weekend call options
· Department description: Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Open Heart Anesthesia, Thoracic cases (except open heart), Complex vascular cases (except open heart)
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active IN License or IMLC
· Certifications required: Fellowship, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
