Job description

Start ASAP (upon credentialing/licensing)
Length: 90-day initial, with option to extend
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, with some nights and weekends
Call Schedule: In-House Weeknights (1500-0700) – 1-2 nights per month with next day PC, and pre-shift Pre-Call, In-House Weekend (Either Fri 1500-0700 and Sun 0700-0700 or Sat 0700-0700) – 1 weekend per month

*Must be available 3-4 weeks per month.
