• M-F full-time needs, multiple locations
• Own cases and supervision/Care Team Model
• Call coverage required at one site
• No Cardiac/Complex Peds/Transplants
• Comfortable with Regional ANES

Required:
• ID license; active and unrestricted or IMLC
• Board Certified/ANES
• BLS, DEA/CSR
• CMEs for past 2 years

Travel expenses and malpractice insurance are provided.
