Monday–Friday
7a–3p (8-hour guarantee)
Some days finish around noon; occasional days extend to 6p
No call

Ambulatory Surgery Center
Paper charting

Practice Model:
Independent practice
Providers perform their own cases
Support includes 1 anesthesiologist, 1 CRNA, and 1–2 surgeons daily

Plastics
Ophthalmology
GYN
Pain
Podiatry
Urology

Requirements:
