📢 Now Hiring: Anesthesiologist – Locum Tenens Opportunity in Macon, Georgia!

📍 Position Details:
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Practice Setting: Hospital, not a trauma center
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~60-90 days
• Coverage Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, but open to providers with 1 week per month of availability
• Schedule/Shift Details: 7:00 AM -3:00 PM (OR) / Call from 3:00 PM-7:00 AM
• Call Details: Negotiable, ideally from 3:00 PM-7:00 AM
• Call Response Time: 20 minutes
• Case Types/Skills: Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, URO, ENT, Ophthalmology, Ortho. Proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals.
• Patient Population: Pediatrics, Adults
• Department Model: Supervision model 1:3, but MD performs own cases
• EMR: Medaxion

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required in Anesthesiology (NO Board Eligible candidates)
• State License: Active Georgia state medical license required
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Minimum Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience in anesthesia
• Caselogs Required: Yes – proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
